  • Waitlist and contact form data — retained until you request deletion or 2 years after last interaction
  • Analytics data — retained per each provider's default retention period (typically 14–26 months), deleted upon consent withdrawal
  • Cookie consent preference — stored in your browser for 1 year

Analytics providers (Google, Microsoft, Contentsquare) may process data outside the EEA. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and each provider's data processing agreements.
